Link Redirect Checker
Paste any URL to trace its full redirect chain, hop by hop, to its final destination - useful for debugging broken affiliate links, shortened URLs, or tracking pixels.
How redirect chains work
Every hop is a separate HTTP request - the checker follows each redirect exactly like a browser would, recording the URL and status code at every step until it reaches a final destination or gives up.
A chain is flagged broken if any hop errors out, the chain loops back on a URL it's already visited, it exceeds 10 redirects, or it times out - all common failure modes for shortened or expired affiliate links.
Fewer hops and lower load time aren't just faster - some in-app browsers and networks cap how many redirects they'll follow, so a long chain can lose clicks entirely, not just slow them down.
Frequently asked questions
A single affiliate link often chains through a shortener, a tracking/attribution layer, and then the merchant's own URL before landing on the real product page each hop adds latency and one more place the chain can break.
