Someone (possibly you) is already using it on that domain.
A slug that's taken means someone is already using it on that domain - possibly a different link of yours, since your golo.to links also answer on your own domains. Try a different slug, or pick a different domain. If it's only taken on golo.to and is free on your default domain, GoloLink creates the link there automatically.
